Sun-View Industries LTD. manufactures aluminum framed radius corner windows for recreational vehicles, truck canopies, and specialty applications.

Sun-View Industries is a medium sized company, with 50 employees. Our plant is located in Summerland, British Columbia in the beautiful Okanagan Valley, between Penticton and Kelowna allowing direct access to most markets.

Company History

The company was formed by Dave Miller in late 1978. After seeing a freight truck unloading windows and doors weekly at the local truck canopy factory, he began doing some research. Dave, who had recently retired from 20 years in the construction field, found the local market demanding regional supply of products. He asked, "If I built them, would you buy them?" The answer he received was "Yes", and history was made.

Plant construction began early the next year, and we were supplying the local truck canopy manufacturers a short time later. Steady growth proceeded and our market share grew along with it.

The addition of an in-house Powder Coating facility, Sunview Coatings, numerous building expansions, and twenty five years later, Sun-View and its employees continue supplying the truck canopy and recreation vehicle manufacturers industry across Western Canada with quality products and superior service.

Sun-View remains a family owned business. Dave Miller is the C.E.O. and Kent Miller is President & General Manager.
